How AntiRusty collects, uses, protects, and deletes your data.
AntiRusty is a product of Mindi Studios. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, protect, and delete personal data when you use the AntiRusty mobile application, website, and related services.
1. Information We Collect
AntiRusty collects account information such as your email and credentials, vocabulary items, FSRS review history, output-session results, device type and operating-system version for crash diagnostics, and purchase receipts validated through Apple or Google. We do not collect contacts, precise location, camera data, or advertising profiles.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to authenticate your account, schedule FSRS reviews, track output-level progress, generate AI context variants through DeepSeek, validate subscriptions, improve reliability, and respond to support requests. We do not sell or rent your personal data or share it for third-party advertising.
3. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored on DigitalOcean-hosted servers protected by Cloudflare. Connections use TLS encryption, and Redis is used only for short-lived session tokens rather than long-term storage. Access to production data is limited to what is necessary to operate and support the service.
4. Third-Party Services
AntiRusty relies on DeepSeek for AI text generation, Apple and Google for in-app purchase processing and receipt validation, Cloudflare for CDN and protection, and DigitalOcean for hosting. These providers process data only as needed to deliver their services to AntiRusty.
5. Your Rights and Choices
You may access, correct, export, or request deletion of your account and associated learning data by using the Delete Account page or by contacting support. After confirmed deletion, personal account and learning data is removed from active systems within 30 days unless limited retention is required by law, payment records, security, or fraud prevention.
