1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use form an agreement between you and Mindi Studios for AntiRusty. You also agree to our Privacy Policy and any app-store terms that apply to your download or subscription.

2. Use of the Service

AntiRusty is provided for lawful personal language learning. You must not reverse engineer, copy, resell, disrupt, abuse, or misuse the service, attempt to bypass subscription controls, or use AntiRusty in a way that harms others or violates applicable law.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

AntiRusty may offer a free tier and optional Pro subscriptions. Payments, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store according to their rules. Pro subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel through the relevant app-store settings before renewal.

4. AI-Generated Content

AntiRusty uses DeepSeek AI to generate context examples, articles, and practice content. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for some uses, so you remain responsible for checking important language usage with reliable sources.

5. Intellectual Property

AntiRusty, including its software, design, text, graphics, learning flow, and branding, belongs to Mindi Studios or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable right to use AntiRusty for personal learning only.

AntiRusty is an independent app and is not affiliated with, authorised by, or endorsed by the British Council, IDP Education, Cambridge Assessment English, or the Center for Language Education and Cooperation. IELTS, HSK and HSKK are trademarks of their respective owners and are used here only to describe the practice content AntiRusty provides.

You keep ownership of the content you submit, including text, support-ticket images, and voice recordings. You grant AntiRusty a limited, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, process and transmit that content solely to operate the service for you — transcribing your speech, scoring your pronunciation and writing, and answering support requests. We do not use it for any other purpose, and the licence ends when you delete the content or your account.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

AntiRusty is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free AI output, or specific language-learning results. Your progress depends on your effort, schedule, and consistency.

7. Termination and Changes

You may stop using AntiRusty or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create risk for the service, or misuse the product. We may update these terms and will communicate material changes through the app or website.
